How do I make a return or exchange?

TO return      

All returns require notifying us by email showing the reason for the return within 3 days after you receiving goods,then we will reply you with the return adress.The merchandise must be in its original condition and That means the product hasn't been tampered, worn, damaged and so on. We'll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee within 24-48 hours after we receiving the returns.We do not refund shipping charges. All returns are at the customers' own cost.We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable.  

TO exchange   

All exchange require informing us by email stating the reason for the exchange within 3 days after you receiving goods,then we will reply you with the return adress.We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement or lesser value, If exchanging for a lesser value item,the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.  

When will a refund be issued for the returned/exchanged product?

After the boots are sent back to us, please allow around 10 working days for the parcel to reach our company and further 48 hours for the refund to be processed. We will refund as soon as possible.
