| Return or Exchange How do I make a return or exchange? TO return All returns require notifying us by email showing the reason for the return within 3 days after you receiving goods,then we will reply you with the return adress.The merchandise must be in its original condition and That means the product hasn't been tampered, worn, damaged and so on. We'll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee within 24-48 hours after we receiving the returns.We do not refund shipping charges. All returns are at the customers' own cost.We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable.
